Revenge: Best served cold

It's never a good idea to screw over people who have friends, especially when you're in the "customer service" industry and the person you've screwed over has not only friends, but loyal readers.  Lots of them.  However, it seems someone hasn't quite grasped that concept yet.  But I'm betting they'll get the point with a little help from us.  Go read A.D.'s post Cycles & More: The Update, as well as the comments, and then pop on over to Google and help with the project.  Let's see if we can't teach the folks at the cycle shop a few manners!
