If you have a Sears credit card through Citi and you pay the bill online even once, THEY WILL AUTOMATICALLY STOP SENDING YOU PAPER STATEMENTS and you may not receive the electronic version. (We didn't.) They don't tell you that they'll do it, either. They pulled that shit on us, and slapped us with late fees. It's hard to pay the goddamn bill if you never receive it!
