I'm an idiot

I owe a HUGE apology to a dear friend who happens to be a sweet lady, a talented writer, and a culinary pro: Cynthia Bowan.  She's been writing food columns for quite awhile now, in both print and electronic mediums, and I thought I'd written about her before now.  Mea culpa!

Anyhoo, some of her older columns are available online here and here. There's lots more available, stuff I wouldn't advise missing (blatant plug) including her newer writings, but those links are MIA at the moment, dammit.  She also publishes at CynthiasCornerCupboard.
