Yes, Virginia, asking a simple question CAN get you arrested, even in America

This is a video that everyone should see, especially if you still think the insurance companies have the consumer's best interests at heart....

You can read the details here:

FOR ASKING WHY YOUR INSURANCE RATES INCREASE, YOU CAN BE ARRESTED

Now, in the interest of fair play, I have no way of knowing exactly what transpired between their arrival at the Anthem offices, the lock-out and subsequent appearance of the local constabulary. But having dealt with insurance company run-arounds, evasions and equine excrement before, I'd hazard a guess that it didn't take much at all for the visitors to become personae non gratae. Blue Cross/Blue Shield sure as hell didn't like me asking questions and wanting answers....

Thanks for keeping one thing in mind - the blame on this one lies with the insurance company for the situation - as a private property it is their decision to enforce the trespassing issue, not the local law enforcement...

Just sayin'

My humble apologies if I in any way came across as blaming the police for the incident! I know they were just doing their jobs, that any fault or blame lies with the chickensh*t insurance execs!
